Art that Vibrates Life
“My paintings are about capturing a moment of strong emotion. The red and yellow colors are intense as the experience of painting is for me. The non-refined fibers and the natural quality of the paper give it character, which represent well what I paint.
My work is performed fast. I love the drip drop of paint and the charcoal dust in it. When the paint hits the paper and pieces of charcoal get imbedded in the work it takes on a sculptural form, in the same way the heavy wrinkles in the paper do.
My concern is to create art that is free and vibrates life."
