Rico's organic forms are provocative while formally beautiful. A dichotomy of the raw and refined is present, her male forms are risky and bold while still graceful, her female forms are commanding yet soft and elegant. This stems from her roots: the Mexican need for bold passion and the German need for order and perfection.
